Who has actually been through a claims process with each of these? Everything's perfect when nothing happens... when there is a claim, what happens next? Is there a bunch of BS to get the claim paid out to your satisfaction? Did they do whatever to get out of paying the claim because their use policy is ridiculously tight? Did they actually pay out the 'agreed' value? I'm considering a different policy for my Z from my DDs because it might actually get pressed back into service for a couple days a week commuting. I hear continuous issues about getting claims paid properly for both companies, so I'm not sure what to do.
